3 sets of colour flashcards - small, medium and large. Each pair of flashcards show snowmens’ faces with different coloured hats. There are 10 colours and 2 of each colour. Print, cut, laminate and use for matching and sorting games.

Children can verbalise why they have decided a picture is the odd one out. 4 colour sheets showing 5 rows of clothing or accessories. Each row has 7 items e.g. 7 pairs of socks or 7 dresses. The idea is that the child finds which 2 are the same on each row. They can talk about similarities and differences or who wears which clothing and in what seasons. Use as 4 boards which you could laminate.
